These are called invitation cards, they use for inviting someone on  a certain occation such us, birthday party; graduation day; weding party etc.
I am sure, once you have a special day and want to celebrate it.
Here are  two situations and try on to create the invitation!

1. Next saturday night, you will celebrate your fourteen birthday party, the   
     party will be held in "Pemenang Restaurant" at 07.00 p.m  All of the   
     people have to wear a mask.  

2. Your brother has graduated from Post graduate programe, your family want 
     to celebrate it in "Sukaria Restaurant" at 07.30 p.m You want to invite your close friend 
     to come to this party.
